At Sanskaara, every piece is made with precision and care, often tailored specifically for you. Because of this personalized approach, we follow a strict cancellation policy.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them—no questions asked.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@ranatextiles.co.in with your order number and reason (optional but helpful).
After 24 hours, we begin processing your order, and it can no longer be cancelled.

Why the 24-Hour Window?

Most of our pieces are made-to-order. Once production begins, we cannot halt the process. This policy helps us reduce waste, maintain quality, and offer exclusive, handcrafted items.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is accepted within the 24-hour window, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
