Return Policy

At Rana Textiles Company, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect products supplied. Requests must be raised within a specified period after delivery with proper proof. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Once approved, refunds will be processed as per company guidelines. Customized or bulk orders are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise agreed.
